Still no response to me either. I have been e-mailing him once every week or two and not a single word! If he does not have the time to work on our orders, I can understand that and would at least appreciate a refund. I can return the defective product and all, even at my own expense! But this is a total waste of my time and the good racing months are coming to an end - before the hot summer hits here! I really wish he'd at least have the courtesy to send back a quick one sentence response.
Has he responded to ANY e-mails? He sure does post on here regularly. But he doesn't seem to be clearing out his PM box either so I can't reach him on here, assuming he has like, forgotten his e-mail pw or is no longer with that provider.

Trust me guy Matt is a good guy and you arn't being cheated or anything like that! His product is worth the wait even at 2 months! The stuff he sells is a side thing and his real job keeps him super busy.

I know that Matt is not out to scam anyone and I do not have any desire of trying to force my money out of him. I prefer his product but I realize that he is quite busy. I know he will deliver and the only reason I even suggested the refund is because my goal is to get my car up and running properly in good time. I'm not doing it out of spite or anything.

Thanks for helping out. We have a friend in common that your buddy Matt should take some lessons from Tony D. I ordered my shift light on April 15. I paid for it on April 15th. It states on his website there is a two week lead time. I ordered it to have in time for the Buick NATS which start today. I don't care how long it takes JUST TELL ME! Don't take my $$ and not return e-mails or give any kind of response that's just total BS. I haven't canceled the order yet and I'm still waiting.

I ordered a 2-step on March 31 but haven't received it and haven't been able to reach him (Harlan). I would like to think he has gotten my messages and is working on the 2-step, but perhaps I'm being optimistic?

Shift light and Window Switch
I ordered a shift light April 21st and I am still waiting. Also, I just ordered a window switch. I have heard such great things about Harland's work that I think it will be worth the wait. I just wish we could get some kind of idea when this stuff will get shipped.

My shift light just showed up. 4 weeks to get shipped but it works great. Well worth the wait. I hope the window switch isn't any longer then 4 weeks. It is the last peice in my nitrous install and I can't wait to hit the track.

I'm still waiting for my replacement light that he said would be sent out week ending 6/12, I have actually been trying since April to get this thing fixed. I know I will never see a new light.
I would not recommend his business to anyone. I don't care what the excuses are if he can't handle the workload get out of the business.
