once he PMed me and told me he received my money and never heard from him again. Its been over a month, And today he got online for the first time since 3-23 and he did not respond to my PMs.


I realize I have a bad trader rating, but this is actually the first time I have ever bought something from someone online. I sent him a money order like a dumbass.

 

After looking at your trader feedback, you know what they say what goes around comes around so maybe you are even now? Sucks doesn't it? I have no sympathy for you!

 

Ya figured that was coming. I don't blame you for thinking that. As I have said many times before I have never bought nor sold anything to anybody online. I let a friend of mine use my screen name and he screwed some people. I have lived with the negative trader rating for years as I should. I have been a member of this site for almost ten years I have several members of this site that can vouch for me.

 

Also knowing I have a bad trader rating is the reason I decided to pay by money order. That way he would know I wasn't going to **** him. Instead I got fucked

 

YOU decided to pay by money order? The only people that I know that HAVE to pay by money order are flakes that cannot get a real bank account debit card or have shitty credit and cant get a credit card.

And the people that demand payment by credit card are usually in that same situation, and are scammers. If that isnt a lie what you say about lending our acct. to a "friend" you are just as much at fault you knew he was a douchebag to begin with, you know what they say the "road to hell is paved with good intentions"

Learn to treat people like you want to be treated and you will 99% of the time come out ok, there are still a lot of ******** out there, but they or a family usually gets whats coming to them sooner or later.

I have a real bank account, debit and credit cards etc... It was his idea for the money order. I just trusted him and didnt know any better.

I knew letting him use my acct was stupid ( didnt know things would go bad). which is why i have lived with the negative rating since 2006.


im trying to be nice. I still have not given him a negative feed back. Trying to get his attention so he can make things right.

If anyone knows this guy maybe post up his phone number or contact info so 1bad02ws6 can get the stuff he paied for. Or maybe get ahold of him and see what the deal is and why he hasn't sent out the product. The fact that 1bad02ws6 has -1 feedback should be beside the point. Did it ever occur to you all that maybe he is trying to fix his bad feedback by using the money order .

 

I've bought and sold alot on here since 2005, I've used moneyorders alot... mainly for paypal reasons but that's a diffrent story... I just dont get it?? why would you screw someone over on here!! so what, you come up on a little bit of cash or parts but your black listed and can't ever get on here again and buy good used parts and ahhhhh...

I'm just sick of these threads, thank god I havent gotten screwed yet.. (knocks on wood)

 

The money order was used to show the seller that despite the bad feed back he was not going to screw the seller. I feel at this point that the seller saw the feed back score and figured he would screw the buyer because noone would beleave him. If anyone has any info for the seller please post it up.

IF i let someone use my account and they fucked me over, I would of made a new account, not like you have a high post count for 10 years

 

Listen... YOU have his address and name.. go to your local courthouse and file a small claims suit against him. If he doesnt respond to that, they will suspend his license and inform him of the court appearance when he gets stopped for using some of those go fast parts on the street...

Or better still, contact the local police department for him and inform the CID investigator of what has gone on and let him decide if criminal charges are warranted. And even if he doesn't, you can still swear out an affidavit against him and make him come to court to justify his fraud..
