NUKEM_SS (Bad seller) I sent him a money order for $255.00 well over a month ago for a BMR torque-arm. He's had the money for over a month and still hasn't shipped out the torque arm. Appearently he listed the part for sale without it even being off the car yet and he's waiting to get a stock torque arm before shipping about the BMR one. I've been more than patient with this guy and in my last e-mail asked him to refund me my money. This is the reply I got...."I'm afraid I can't do that, this is not Marshall Field's. You will get your part when I am able to ship it out"
This guy's been jerking me around for over a month now and I just thought I'd let the rest of you know so you don't have to go through this kina BS.
If anyone here has delt with him or personally knows him I want my money back!

Hey Duke what's the status of the torque arm?
If you still need a stock one I will try to help but getting salty with someone who sent money in good faith is not how we like folks to use the board.

I bought a Moser 9" from him with "everything" on it (specifically asked if the brake backing plates were included to the answer of yes).
I got it with the axles stripped and bare, missing plates, axle bearings, and brake backing plates.
The rear end is on and works great, but I did have to shell out a good $300 to replace the parts that were supposed to be included in the deal.
Part of it may not be his fault, as he was selling the item for his friend, but in the end, he's the one representing the transaction.
In fairness, they were good guys to deal with over the phone and shipped promptly. I did not pursue anything after seeing that the parts were missing 'cause interstate collections are pretty much impossible and $300 is under the threashold of my tolerance for BS (in terms of wasted time and aggrevation).
Moral to the story, clarify every item to be included in an assembled item being transacted.

I bought BMR LCA's and a PHB that I sent money out for almost a month ago. Said it would be shipped the week of 5/3 well havent herd form him yet not responding to PMs keeps saying it will be out soon every time but I want parts or money back. He told me the same about getting stock parts. I know how you feel badass 2002 z28 I am in the same boat!

thanks for posting guys! i want interested in buying some true duals he had up for sale, and he never checks his damn pm's. like 2 weeks ago since i heard from him, dosn't sound like someone who's to awefully wanting to sell. but now hearing this i'll definatly pass on that. thanks for the heads up guys, and hope all of you get your $$ back!

He does not have the parts off the car yet, he is waiting for some stock take-off parts from a big local shop...

It's been over a month and he STILL doesn't have the parts off the car? He should've never listed anything for sale and definately should not have took our money if he didn't have the parts ready. Since he won't refund my money what am I supposed to do? wait forever?

So its been two months since I sent out the money for the parts and still nothing. Its also been a month since I herd from this guy with his bs reply of the parts being shipped out. I dont know if badass 2002 z28 got his parts yet either. If anyone knows how about getting my money back or have parts show up at my house let me know.
