Default Harlan Shift light

Lookds like there is a good amount or people here wanting the shift light in the for sale sections of used ones. Will it be possible to get a GP going if there is enough interest. Who can contact him in regards to a GP

The light is only $50, I doubt he'd sell it for less than that. It seems to take him a little while to make them, since he does it part time. I just ordered mine by the way. Plus I don't think he is a sponsor here.

I would not buy from him. Mine has been screwed up since day one and I can't get him to fix it.

Guys, I moved this thread to here. Harlan is not a sponsor here. Harlan builds everything to order and for what he keeps on hand occasionally it's easily wiped out in a day or so. Depending on what's going on he sometimes is backlogged a little more. This week he is working in Arizona and as a result can't make lights pretty easily.

I'll make sure he see's this thread at least. And you can go from there.

His light also requires no pills. Just so that is clear. There are pictures of them here: http://www.harlan-engineering.com/store/store.html

Checkmate, what exactly is screwed up with your light?

It blinks at low rpm. He knows about it, I have tried numerous times since APRIL to setup up a date and time to get it repaired but I keep getting ignored. In the last email I sent last week I stated that I would deliver it to his house and when it was fixed he could send it back to me through the mail but of course no reply.

Well, since I'm kinda outta state it's a little tough right now.

I informed you of the problem when you first got it, back in april. I caught the problem just after i had shipped a bunch out. I tried to fix it then, but you already installed it and didn't wanna bother with it then. Now i'm running in 12 different directions with work and everything else.

i'll just send you another one when i get back at the end of the week.

Let's set the record straight: First you sent me the email on feb 1st that said "Your's is easy to fix, i can just drive over if it is flaky. just let me know when you get it installed."
On 3/29 is when I told you it was installed and messed up. You asked when was good for me and that you would be working on your car in Troy. And since then at least a few times a month I have tried to setup something to get this fixed even offering to drive over to where you were so you could fix it because you said and I quote "it would only take a couple minutes to fix". But each time my email or PM went unanswered and ignored. Then I even offered to drop it off at your house and you could send it back when finished.

I just sent an email to Harlan to try and cancel my order. His site states a 14 day lead time and I have been waiting 6 weeks for a window switch. Save yourself the frustration and order one from a real vendor. I just hope I can get my money back.

I'm waiting on two of them... I still want them, but I'm getting tired of waiting, and I haven't heard a peep from him.
