BUYER BEWARE-Has anyone been ripped off by AutoOptics??? I'm just curious because the man sent me a batch of the wrong bulbs along with their conversion kit. Conversion kit was fine but the bulbs were round not wedge style. The items arrived real fast and everything was cool until I told this guy to send me the right bulbs. That's right I actually talked to him twice, he even returned my calls and emails. Then I had to insist on an RMA number which he said I didn't need (1st Red Flag), sending the parts to a P.O. Box was a Red Flag too! Now that AutoOptics has received the wrong parts he sent me, I no longer can get in contact with him. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Just yet another internet ripoff. Well, I do have his BS RMA # and I will be contacting VISA and every other Internet organization I can get a hold of to report this guy. Let me know if you have had the same experience and what you did to fix it.
