No I never did, I hate to take it to this level but man, you can see where I am coming from. When I filed with paypal they said it was ruled in my favor but there was no money in the account for them to recover. He never even replyed to the emails from paypal so when the 10 days he had to respond ran out they automaticly ruled in my favor. All I want is my $120 back hell I would even take the rotors but I have no use for them as I had to different ones anyways, but at least I would have somthing for my money.

AKA you'll never see your money cause paypal is just a big scam, and if they do recover any money they'll keep it..

Thats really nice of you but unless paypal admits they screwed (doubtfull) I don't see that it will help. I mean why does Jeff not at least email me and tell mhat he was doing? I know I made him look bad on here and I am sorry it had to come to that, but there are so many scammers out there, what I am I supposed to think?

what it will help to do is clear jeff's name. it will show that he made the effort to pay you back. then you will have proof of payment back through paypal. then you'll have to take it up with them. you are supposed to think just like everyone else. you pay, you do not get product. in turn, the seller no longer talks to you. so, you think man i just got scammed. no problem with that. you should see what i did to a kid on here and every other board i found him on over $20.00!! ifinally got it.

I see your point, but there are alot of coincedences in this case. 1. the post office screws up. 2. Paypal screws up. 3. I don't ever hear back from Jeff. If I refunded someones money I certainly would have let them know, and I would have posted it in this thread to clear my name. If Jeff is innocent here, and I hope he is, I want nothing more than to have his name cleared and to get my money. It just seems he has go to much trouble to clear his name.

If he says he refunded his paypal payment then why doesnt he have proof. Paypal keeps records forever, I signed up over 4 years ago and I still have the receipt for my first transaction.

Also why is it that he cant get on here and do this for himself? Why does he have to have someone else do it for him?

oh damn. I know Jeff personally too and hes not like that. He makes more then enough money on his own that he has no reason to take your $120. If I were still in Orlando I'd bitch him out for you but Im not anymore. Best of luck with this man, Im sure hell come through.

Everybody says he's a nice guy, and they are probably right, but the fact is I don't have the rotors or my money. So I guess I am S.O.L. Like I said in my last post, if Jeff is such a nice guy, why is he not handling this? This is not about the $120, I don't miss the money, it's the principal of the whole thing.

6.20.05

Any updates?

Should not take this long for JD to get a refund.

Does not matter if it's $20 or $120, the buyer needs closure ASAP.

I'm surprised to see this still not resolved, I had heard good things about Jeff.

I started looking through my pm's to this guy and found this

heres my paypal info

jeffreydavidwitt@aol.com

after shipping 121.00 via UPS three day.

He agreed to ship UPS and then supposedly ships them USPS, if indeed they were ever shipped. This is getting to be a drag, PSJ I say you ban this loser as he seems totally unwilling to try and work this out, I see that he still posts on here.

I can't believe this guy never responded. Two people stating the guy isn't a scammer and doesn't need the money. I say if he doesn't need the money, then refund it. Jesus.
