CAMMIN03'... buyer beware! (Resolved) Here's the deal. On 5/5/05 I sent Matthew Jones $51.50 for a Harlan Window Switch. He receives the money and says he will ship out on the following Monday.

Chris He reads the PM that same night but never answers my question...so I post the same question in the original thread on Saturday...that gets his attention and he claims to have shipped it out the previous day (Friday).
I wait. 11 days go by and still no window switch. I post in the original thread, stating my intentions to reclaim my money with the credit card comapny. He reponds with this PM...
Well...I received no tracking number yesterday morning and received no window switch today. He's refused to answer any of my calls and won't reply to PMs.
I'll get my money back from Paypal or the credit card company...just thought I'd bring this to light so nobody else has to deal with his bullshite.

Dude you called me 15 times before 11 oclock... I called you as soon as I got your message.... Shot me if I dont carry my phone with me at all times.... I returned your call and left a message... You have a tracking number for that package, Matt? Also, I called at least 5 more times after you turned your phone on (I could tell beause it actually rang instead of going straight to voice mail) and you wouldn't answer. Oh, and I have no voicemail messages from you. If it does indeed show up tomorrow, I'll let paypal know...otherwise the ball's in their court.

The window switch has finally showed up and paypal has been notified. I won't say thanks for a smooth transaction, because it wasn't. I will thank you for finally sending it though.

i have also had slight issues with this seller, seems that after he shipped it he would rarely if ever respond to my pm's, i made a callout thread in his attention for a reply and got one asking for my number, i provided said information and still have had no other contact from him. i paid for my fuel pump on the 29th of april its now the 30th of may and have NOT received my product, there is almost no way it takes a month to ship such a small item (Even with border bs)!!
