I purchased a Aluminum Drive shaft and aluminum flywheel on the 8/17/05 and not have herd from him since I have PMed him every day and posted in the for sale fourm were his part are for sale and steal no response and even e-mail him steal nothing, He has been on line to read them ,I went to his public veiw (IMD) and he's been on this fourm every day LS1Tech can you help use with this scam please I payed him with paypal and i know he got the money on the 8/17/05 ,I have already file a complant with paypal on this matter. How can peaple do others peaple like that ,It just blows my mine

Post up all the info you have for him and maybe one of the mods can help. Your best bet is through paypal though.

Paypal is investagateing this scam right now as we speek The paypal account is under Robert White . Monday im going to the Kentucky State Police post to do a back ground check on him , Boy I hope he send me my part or my money back before it's to late , Don't want to cause him to go to jail but no body is going to rip me off.

There are two other people complaining in that thread about not getting any response from him.

What he said in his first post in the latest sales thread seems to be correct - he is located in Austin, TX, and his current email address is cyclepunk@gmail.com

According to http://www.tsba.org/UBB/cgi-bin/ulti...c;f=2;t=000115 , there's someone in Austin who uses the usernames Cyclepunk and imd725 whose name is Jesse.

According to http://forums.13x.com/showthread.php?threadid=32753 , his full name is Jesse Davis.
That thread happens to be an 8-page thread of people complaining in 2003 and 2004 about being screwed in transactions with him.

There's also a post at http://www.r6messagenet.com/forums/s...43&postcount=3 listing him as a bad seller after a problem on eBay, where his username is(was) cyclepunk725.

24 negative (from 20 people), 3 neutral (from 2 people), 47 positive (from 40 people)

His profiles on http://forums.13x.com/member.php?act...fo&userid=2090 and http://208.186.78.102/forums/member.php?u=7229 (DSMtuners) say that he used to have a website at http://www.kinesisdesign.net/ and http://www.kinesisdesign.com/ for what apparently was custom paint jobs, but that seems to have been shut down.

yes, lets see a little longer to see what he will do before i go to the police , and to see if other members respond to this that has purchased from him in the for sale fourm , he has alot of stuff forsale that other peaple has purchased wonder if they are haveing the same problem as well

there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, doesnt need the disc replaced, and the ring gear is perfect, i thought it was a fair price to move it quickly. i do have paypal, $175 shipped. rwhite@stephenwhiteattorney.com

holy **** you guys are out of control. everyones parts have been shipped. ive had plenty of face to face transactions with members on this board, ive driven hundreds of miles to deliver parts to people even. i personally read the board once or twice a week, the rest of my time i spend working rediculous hours. my roomate reads theboard, but does not have an account, my accound automatically stays logged in as IMD anytime anyone visits the site from this computer. im sorry for the confusion, but please dont set my house on fire or anything. sheesh.
