If he cannot afford to pay you what he owes you, than he doesn't need to be purchasing anything else on this site. However, despite your frustrations I ask that you try not to get so worked up over it. Calling people names never solved anything, and it certainly won't prompt mtnm2 to get you your money any quicker.

Find the thread where this transaction took place and leave him negative feedback if you so wish. But please try to tone down the rhetoric in the thread and lets keep this constructive.

constructive...you make a deal with someone and then have them come back months later and tell you will get your money back whne i get to it...

whatever you say...the fact of self respect should be the reson for him getting the moiney back

Man you just have to be a total dick about this, as I said I will get you your money, I have been ripped off twice before, and including getting ripped on the shipping for the FM5's I sold. I am still out of work, I could come up with the $70, but don't know if I could pay for food for the next week. If you feel like you must have you $70 this week I will do my damn best to get it to you, but right now I am broke and waiting to start my new job, I am sure you have been there before. In all reality I could start to bitch about the "new tire" that was at half tread, and I know this for a fact becuase the tread depth was measured when I had to have the nail taken out of the tire the day I got them before they were even mounted on my car, which cost me $30.

I have been talking to this guy for all 3 months. I am currently in some ****, and as you see I am trying to sell the wheels. Personally I have told this guy several times I will get him the money when the wheels sell. If he wants to keep being a bitch about the whole thing and not be a little understanding about this situation I am in. Then so be it.

Wheels were sold for 1100 shipped! You got $1133 through paypal. I will however give you the damn 40$ even though the negotiation was 1100 SHIPPED.

Im not trying to be a dick, but seriously. If something is in writting that a sale is to be transacted at a certain price and goods are then exchanged at said certain price. Other costs that are later incurred, need to be taken upon the seller to pay for said extra charges.

317indy, take this to PM if you would like to continue w/the resolution.
