Vortech where are my parts? - Resolved Its been almost a month, you made an excuse and said it was shipped.. THAT WAS 15 DAYS AGO. I filed a claim with paypal, I want my parts or a refund its been long enough..
I just want to respond to this-the parts were shipped. I had a problem with paypal which I made the buyer aware of. I did forget to tell the buyer the tracking # however. Now UPS has made 2 delivery attempts and both times there has been no one there 2 receive it-then the buyer contacts paypal and asks for refund? I contacted the buyer and he tells me he's at school all day and is not at home to receive packages. Well if that's the case then don't you think the buyer should make some arrangement for someone to receive the package? The way this is going seems like the package will be returned and I will be srewed with return shipping-now is that fair? I have never had any issues with selling anyhting to anyone on this forum until now-needless to say I'm not happy with this post.

Well not to mention its been 20 days, you didnt ship it until a week after and only because I asked you for a tracking number. You made some excuse and I said its alright and asked for a tracking number when you mailed it SO I WOULD BE HOME TO GET IT. You give the a tracking number the day after they try to deliver it SO HOW AM I TO KNOW YOU EVEN SHIPPED IT UNTIL THEN. Dont try to turn this on me, if you would have shipped it when you said or at least given me a tracking number when you did ship it none of this would happen.

I just got off the phone with them since UPS came and didnt deliver it.. They lost it and you have to call and file a claim. Let me know when you find something out.
UPS asked for your # and i gave it to them-let's hope eveything gets sorted out quickly. I'm reall sorry about all this-sometimes the internet can be a poor way of communicating.

Verdad Gallardo I'd like to get the paypal thing sorted out as well-the sooner the better. I feel bad about this cause I know how it sucks to order parts and wait forever to get them! As soon as UPS admits it's mistake i will refund you funds.
