I wasnt calling him a scammer, even though he tried puling the same trick on me as he did with the guys blower but simply wanted to warn the others, ecspecially when your dealing with large sums of money. & it looks like hes already sold 1 rear end to 3 different people. I sent him $1900 Monday, he refunded it back last night after getting at least one better offer, and I was not aware of his history or other names.

I was gonna do COD, but I will only purchase the wheels once I know the other people have gotten their parts.

 

Hopefully I'm the one getting the 9". Anyway we've spoken a few times since I sent the money and he sounds legit. We'll see, I'll keep you all posted.

 

Correct me if I am wrong but...if this guy has a bad past and is trying to do right, wouldnt it best best for him to send things COD? That way the buyer can check them it and accept or decline the package? I want the rods he has for sale but at this point with the history dont see anyway to buy from him safely.

Last time I talked to him it was all done, he was looking for a shipper, then I get a PayPal notification of my refund. He noted he had sold it locally and sorry for the confusion.

No confusion, he sold it out from under me after we had agreed on a price and I sent the money. This is dishonest and unethical. What ever happened to "my word is my bond". In my opinion, we had the online equivalent of a handshake deal, a verbal contract. You don't go back on that unless you are dishonest and deceitful. This guy has no integrity.

 

Okay, Travis pointed out to me that I changed his user name when he requested it in User Support Forum.

In any event, if you feel that the user has wronged you, that's what the feedback system is for.

I asked him for a refund and got my money back the same day. I guess he was gonna do it right this time, oh well.

 

I suggest that if you feel wronged in any way, leave this member feedback. Otherwise people may never find out about this stuff.

Well, I sent him a paypal money request and he refunded my money, can't leave a -feedback for that.

 

I tried to buy the rods in this thread, the refund is now pending to my paypal account. Here the reason why lest in the email:
