Not looking good with EZMONEY (Resolved) aka Kevin Ange. Sent him money on Jan 3rd through Paypal. I could have drove 4 hours to get it. He did mention in a few posts that he was moving but I have sent him emails, PM's and AOL messages when I saw him online...NO RESPONSE. He also has my phone number.
He has logged on here a few time since and no response here either. I sent him an ultimatum today, send parts or I pursue legal actions..or I can call a few of my Army friends at Bragg to give him a visit

NOPE...He hasn't even signed on since the 6th. I was giving him a couple extra days since he mentioned he was moving. If I don't get some sort of response by Tuesday then I am starting the process for fraud. He won't be hard to find and I'm not beyond driving 4 hours to kick somebody's ***

Hah..I changed my mind. I just filed with Paypal and will do the same with my CC company tomorrow. I will also be filing internet fraud charges against him with whatever and every agency I can find.
I just don't understand why some people can't grow up and do the right thing!

Send me a tracking number when you do. I saw you said you had just moved so I was assuming you had internet. I did file a complaint with Paypal and jsut them so far. As soon as I get a tracking number I will close it. I can see how mixups happen but we are almost at 2 weeks since the deal and I have not heard a word from you or got my stuff. I'm sure you can see my side of it too
