If it was deleted, could the admin bring it back?

From the sounds of the other thread those two have going on this, it's being resolved. Sorry if my comments are out of place, just my .02
I remember reading both posts when looking for parts for sale. One LS6 clearly stated and had pics of epoxied intake. I noticed the for sale post was gone too a few minutes after I last looked at it, but there were like 5 posts in a row from SLED28 saying a bunch of nasty stuff about him, so i'd probably delete it if it was me too.

Also the LSX90 post that SLED28 bought clearly said the same.
I really wonder how he didnt understand what he was getting from the way I read it. Also I noticed vtespeed recieved a couple more positive seller feedbacks since this stuff started. So he has like 11 positives and this one negative where it really looks like he didnt do anything wrong but sell a fiberglassed intake and the buyer didnt read over the post very well.

Also with the tranny, from the look of whats all posted. There is no proof or anything showing that vtespeed didn't ship it on time like he said he did. and then after it had some damage from fedex, he paid out of pocket and made it right for the buyer. So what did he do wrong?

How come we arent praising sellers like this and instead of bashing them for making things right? It even seems he is going above/beyond taking intake back from SLED28 now.

Man it just looks like vetspeed is getting a bum rap without much cause.

The beginning of the transaction was a little shaky, Says it was going to ship fedex, then he went with usps and it didnt meet weight requirement, so it sat on there dock for about a week. No shipping number at the beginning after many PMs. He did take care of it and my money looks to be refunding back. So I am good to go now.

Theres not a person in this world that can say 1st person that I didnt take care of the problem, or that I owe them money in anyway.

All that stuff is 2nd/3rd hand. I have hundreds of positive feedback from ebay and zero unresolved sales on here.

You are welcome to contact any buyer you listed and youll not find one person that hasn't been taken care of to mutual agreement.

I actually had 87 positive sales on that message board and one negative that caused all that bandwagon posting because a guys shipment got lost by fedex and then was fully refunded/paid for by the insurance placed on it.

Good, so Big Daddy's transaction is resolved.

I don't see any conclusion to the SLED28 situation yet, though...?

I will be sending the intake back first, then he will pay me once he receives it. Kinda bogus if you ask me.

I would also like to add, I was going to re-sell it on here, but decided better and to remove my post and just fight it out with VTE

How can anyone sell an intake that looks like that without posting a picture?

From the looks of it, he has already been banned once already on here. I expect him not to last too much longer on here.

Last time I saw an intake epoxied like that, it was repaired because the back blew out from a nitrous backfire. They can be fixed but I would want to see pics of an intake that looks like that.

FWIW my current LS6 intake has epoxy for some holes, but it's holding up to 21psi. But I would disclose that if I sold it.

Why would you open up the back of it to port it, when its a 3 peice intake? That would be the first sign of not buying it. That patch job he done, well it looks like crap. I cant blame you one bit for wanting your money back , but in the description that you took a pic of it does say he opend it up in the back. Dont know if that counts or not.

Well I thought I disclosed it in my description as best that I could without making it sound like it was "unuseable". I have ran the intake since it was fiberglassed and it worked perfect with no problems. I disclosed that the back was redone in the description. I didnt have any pictures of it, and noone asked for any. So I really dont think I should be slammed like I attempted to mislead.

ALSO SLED28 reposted it for sale with less of a description than I did. Was he attempting to mislead people? I mean he posted it with this description

$525 shipped. Payment by moneyorder, cashiers, personal check, paypal etc
Check my ls1tech feedback thanks!"
Now whos the one that was honest on the description?

Is the intake getting refunded, that's all I care about.

Yes, SLED28 agreed to ship it back to me and I would mail refund within 10 buisness days. It took awhile but we came to mutual agreement.
