I bought a drive shaft from CHRISTOPHER MINNICH back in september on 05.I paid him $260 with paypal. I recieve a box full of clothes, so I talk to him. He said that ups miss place the items. So I had the ups take that package back and on 12/16/05. The UPS send chris a check of what ever the insurance was. I think the insurance was for $400 dollars, I dont remember. But aniways He recieve the money, and he dont answer or return my phone calls.

Just beware of this guy

What's going on? I didn't get any email, although I've been searching through MY emails looking for your contact information because I got the check from UPS to reimburst you for THEIR mistake. My insurance repayment was $275 for what I insured the package for. Got to remember, I don't have ANY of your information because it was given to UPS for their information/investigation.

NEVER got any message and definitely not seeing any 408 area codes. i'm seeing a crap load from TN, MN, IL, IA, KY since my Autotrader account has a ton of vehicles that I get calls on. Nothing from CA.

I talked to Chris, and since he received insurance $ he refunded your money.

Personally the buyer in this deal comes across as shady since I know Chris used the UPS Store to ship the driveshaft, so I don't see how it would be a box of clothes on the receiving end. So the 5x5x50 box was filled with clothes? I don't think so. Sounds scammy. Beware of this guy.

Why don't you post that the box got CHANGED then because you make it sound like Chris was trying to screw you. Looks like you are trying to make him out like a slimeball.

So the box was changed, and the contents were changed at UPS? Maybe next time you could post all the facts.

A Mustang's NightMare - your lack of mastery over the english language might have something to do with PSJ's confusion. You DID leave out information that the box was changed out - that the dimensions were not correct.

This is not the first time you've raised hell over a deal that works out in the end. I think you're a little trigger happy in this forum.
