thanks 00ta, my bro is a sargent in the army and he said the same thing, but all i know is his name. Justin Mucker and he is from IN, I never got an address from paypal either. I would think an IP ban would work.

 

He is in the National Guard, not sure which unit in IN though. I only have access to the Air National Guard info, not Army.

 

thanks, I am going to persue this, I think though in the mean time, his IP address needs to be banned so he cant sign up on another account or at least make it harder for him to.

 

This really bothers me about him. I have personally done some work for him and never had an issue. I hope things work out for you on this as the last time I talked to him he sounded really down about life in general.

 

The info I gave is pretty much what anyone does around a military installation. If it wasnt for him being able to sign on everyday, I would say something like He COULD possible be deploying.
Maybe the computer he has automatically signs on when he logs in or something...Never know. But let's hope he turns himself around and comes straight with it all.
