If it was sold not complete then he should be able to get his money back or seller should get the rest of the kit to the buyer. Hopefully they will work something out. Thats why everyone should post pics of what they are selling so people see what they are buying.

Reads like a big misunderstanding to me.
If that's the case then when you buy **** on the internet you always have to go by the rule of "buyer beware..." and don't ever assume anything. Lesson learned.
Where's the original add anyway?
I sent pictures of the filter and coupler, i never said anything about having the plate that is why in my add i said "intake"

Well heres an update for everyone. I have found a plate locally that i have bought and now i am just waiting on Black02 to send the money for shipping and i will ship it out either tomorrow or wednesday.

i wouldnt pay for shipping back, YOU sold me something that was NOT right, so why would i have to pay shipping back to you, and lose out twice??? he is too nice, i wouldnt have agreed.

Ok, In the end 94Z took care of the deal. Thanks to all who chimed in with opinions of the deal. It took a lot more drama than I normally like to finish the deal, but it all worked out in the end. I think all of you chiming in made 94redz28 realize how important people's opinions are on tech. Hopefully it was a valuable lesson.
And 94redz28, thanks to you for handling it in the end.
I'll leave the thread here for the history, my review of 94redz28 is a fair seller in the end. He did own up and take care of it, even of that was not his first response. Any conflict is a series of steps taken to try and reach an agreeable situation, which we did in the end.

If you were as rude as some of the people that responded, you would probably not be recieving a plate next week. It was never my intent to scam anyone, if that was the case then you would have never heard from me again. I hope you like the kit, it sounds awsome with the hood up cause you can really here it suck in the air
