Like I said in my pm, I am broke but I will see if funds allow. To help you all out, both sides. Its not like I said but its the best I can do seeing to as I shouldn't have to enter this, I am just trying to help both of you all out. Hopefully I can help you out Sinister and I don't have to see that happen to him either as he is a very good friend of mine. I just wise I didn't have to hear about this. look i can be the most understanding person at time...even when i sold my turbo kit i know what its all about...i even sold him the kit sent it all and allowed him to pay the rest later on...yeah i have to much trust and i get burnt alot but i still stand by the racers helping racers thats the way it was when my dad and unlce raced and i would be lil *** watching..

i did everything he asked...he came to me about selling the bumper i made a wtb post and he responded he said 175 sent me pics and said paypal..i immeditly sent the money as soon as it was loaded into paypal...

then i herd one pm back and was sorry man yadda yadd didnt get a hcnace to send it ill send it saturday with tracking numbers

then nothing...many many pms post nothing he has yet to sign back on ls1 tech since his last pm.. sad but i had to find all his info call him and he lied staright on the phone when he was busted...prob shock that i discovered his phone number and house numebr and all his info..

but anyways like you said if you ship it like you said i will personally drive down and shake your hand on my next tour in texas and i have three the winter that i know of...

all this could been avoided by a simple pm saying look dude i messed up yadda i spentthe money what evere im gonna get you the bumper or get you the money back yadda but to many people these day get screwed over and im sick of it..

I may not meet the "deadline" you have set and there is no way I am paying $175 for something I don't own nor did I buy. So I will again TRY to send it as soon as I can or I will help him pay for it. I honestly think your best option is to stay the **** out of it. First you offer to repay it & let him pay you back, but then go back on it & say your not payin it since you didn't buy it. The main point is if the douche wasn't ready to ship it he should have never accepted payment. Plus in all this time you could have already removed the damn bumper & put it in a box to ship.

It isn't that hard & after reading all this it seems like your tryin to cover for him but at the same time tryin to look like the good guy in the situation. The whole thing smells like a scam to me.

i would think its easier to pay for the shipping then to have to face huge fines a record and possible jail...

i undertand hard times but hell i could sat my damn shoe out side mu biuddies apartment on the sidewalk and put some spare chjange in it and buy now it would of easly had enough money from people droping change in to pay for the shipping..

 

I am in no way trying to cover for him Mike. If you read it I said I would pay for shipping if funds allowed, which they haven't. I don't like people to get left to dry. Its not cool, and it truly sucks. I am not staying out of it because my guy just fucked up. I am trying to make it right by helping if I can.
I never said I was going to pay for the bumper, I said shipping, which is a hell of a lot cheaper. I am in no way trying to deley Sinisters actions, whatever he does, its his choice and honestly I would have done the same. I am great friends with Shady, and I would do a lot of him. He has been there for me since the first time we met, so I will not go back on him either. I just wish I could actually help but my crap is piling up as well.
Mike, I am not at all offended by your comments and thats just fine. The way I am here is the way I am in "real" life. I have never "tried" to scam anyone nor will I ever. I am lost in this myself. More like puzzled. I wish there was an easy answer for this all. Too bad there is not an easy way. All I know is that Sinister needs a damn bumper and I just want to stop this crap already.

Also....if you read the seller feedback on Shady on Ebay..he is actually listed as a good seller which makes me even more lost and confused. I hope this is resolved as soon as it can be done.

 

You completly right. Like I said I would do the same thing. It would be a lot easier for me to say "hey...this is your fuckup, you take care of it!" but I can't. It makes my car club look like ****. Again if it is sent before you do what you gotta do then fine, if not Hey I tried.
