I still can't believe someone who lives close to him hasn't already tried to take care of this for you. If I lived down there he would have already came out one morning without a bumper & a sticky note on the windsheild stating "debt paid in full, Thank you."

Sinister...you mentioned in the Mil. forum this guy is Mil, and location was El Paso, reading the pages here, he doesn't sound Military and lives in Juarez which is Mexico...thats a big difference. If he's in EP, and Mil, shoot me the info and I will make the ride down there with the intent of helping you out. If he's not Mil I cant help ya out much, especially if he's indeed in Mexico, I can't go back to jail in Mex. again, or I'll be there for a long time! Its a 5hr drive, 4 hrs on the Busa, I'll hit it up if its legit and in my lane. Ain't promising ****, and not asking for ****. But if he's military I'm sure I can get some results.

So, in that spirit, here are a few guidelines to follow when you post in this section. I've also included some suggestions that will help make the whole feedback process go much smoother in the future. Please follow both literally and in the spirit of them, as they are to help further the purpose of these sections. Throwing fuel to the fire doesn't usually help much.

Rules

- You MUST name the member or sponsor you are talking about. Lack of that info will result in an immediate lock of the thread.

- If you aren't a direct party to a given thread, do not post up in it adding your two cents. This includes bandwagoning, bashing, and any other post that can be construed as derogatory or counter-productive. Even if you are a "friend" of the member, stay out of it.

- No attacking other members/sponsors/moderators. If you can't behave like an mature rational adult, stay out of these sections. Excessive cursing, slander, or insinuations will not be tolerated.

- Do not post personal information about other members unless already approved by a Feedback moderator or one of the Administrators. This has caused issues in the past and we would like to minimize that.

Repetitive violation of these rules will result in a vacation from the site.

Suggestions

- When posting a thread, remain calm and collected, not ranting and raving. You retain much more credibility when you do so.

- Be accurate and list all pertinent facts, everything that may have to do with the situation. Do not exaggerate, and do not omit information which may sway a situation - regardless of how it looks on you. Otherwise, folks will get upset about what they may perceive to be lying, when they are being accused of something.

- Do not curse at folks you are posting about, or threaten them, or talk about "visiting" them. Remember, this is the internet and nobody likes a keyboard warrior. Its upsetting to think you are being scammed, but if you post up like an jerk, you will only be treated like a jerk.

- Be constructive and willing to work with folks. Closing your mind off to any possible solutions will not make it easy. Folks need to be somewhat understanding.

- Exhaust ALL POSSIBLE OPTIONS before posting in here. Try email, try PMs, try phone calls if you have their number. That way you will at least be able to say you tried everything you could before posting.

- WAIT A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. Unless you pay for air shipment methods, don't expect something before 4 days go by. I've seen things take 4 days just between two points in the same state, let alone California to Vermont.

- For situations involving sponsors, CALL THEM FIRST. If you come on here posting about a sponsor issue and you haven't called, your thread MAY BE LOCKED UNTIL YOU DO. There is only so much that can be accomplished via emails or PMs; sometimes it just requires a phone call.

Moderators can only give you suggestions such as leaving negative feedback, filing for a claim in an timely manner or asking the buyer obtain specific contact information on a member to member sale.

If YOU keep violating the rules of this forum with threats, name calling and pretty much saying Nine Ball, Brains and ProStock John have no *****, you are severely mistaken.
And yes, I have been following this since the beginning and wondered why you didn't file NO LATER THAN AUGUST on this transaction.

Every part of 1tech has rules, if you do not like them then I suggest you start pm'ing all Admin about that.

"Enough said" is something we agree on.
This thread is now locked and you can take up your issue in pm from here out but at least its up for everyone else to know what the rules are for posting about buyer and seller issues.
