If you are 100% sure it left your hands working never ever offer to give money back. Not saying he did but maybe he had one that had a bad part or something and didnt want to buy a new one so he did this deal and then got half his money back using yours to fix his, like I said hypothetical situation. I would never give money back if I sent something in 100% working order.

Yes it does, but its not mine. I never even got passed that part.

What he's failing to tell you guys is that he first had a PCM for a A4 and now has a PCM for a M6, so most likely the VIN is different and now even he cant unlock it and I'm out half the money.

If you guys think that I bought his programmer because I had a broken one and wanted to stiff him with my broken ones then you guys are the biggest dumbphucks, that will be all.

I've had 4 modded cars up to this point, have used NUMEROUS of these Hypertechs so it was not user error. From the minute I went to use it, it never worked right.

I'm done with this, I already wrote it off, I got screwed on $60, oh well, life goes on.

Im not saying its your fault at all. I think he needs to figure out what PCM its locked on and this is all solved.

Yes. Before the car went into the shop to have the transmission work done to it, I returned it back to stock. and had the Programmer ready to go for another car. I intentionally removed it for this reason (to sell it for another car since I had no more use for it). I offered the refund to show that I was willing to work with him on it. If (and only if) it worked for me when he returned it, I could possibly sell it to someone else. I would have figured that it didn't work because of user error, and given him the full refund.

I'm not hiding anything. That was already told earlier in the post.

I'm not saying that you didn't use it right, but on two separate cars that I hooked it up to, the connection was made, but it gave me the VIN error. You told me that you couldn't even make a connection with the car.
