problem with Dustin is finally resolved!! i want to thank all the people that posted to help get this situation resolved! 
as of today the check for the return money has been deposited and has not been returned!!
i want to say thank you to "nine ball" for the willingness to step up and take care of someone else's problem!
not to many people like that any more!
as far as "dustin" i'm sorry you lost your mod status. yet! i did all i could to keep this civil and gave you "every" chance to take care of this in a timely manner! i felt i had no other course then to post it up to "help" resolve this matter. in the end it "finally" has been resolved and i will say thank you (dustin) for taking care of this and for the extra $100 you sent!
dustin, i think you need to focus on getting stuff togther and then getting back to normal. i'm sure you find that people don't hate you, they just believe you went about this situation the wrong way! any thing can be fixed with time!
