As a long time ls1tech member and being from the great state of IN, im embarassed by the way this "kid" has handled his transactions. I would get the law enforcement envolved as soon as possible. I know one of the deputy prosecutors for that county, and I know she would pursue this.

 

this honestly give younger f-body owners like myself (18 years old) a bad name, ive sold stuff online and have also bought stuff, when i sell stuff it goes out as soon as i get payment and if there is a delay the buyer is notified immediately and the **** ships out as soon as possible. i work my *** off to pay for tuition, my car and my toys for my car and do stuff the honest way, and when i ordered stuff from young he gave me great communication so i returned the favor of communication and posted feedback on it as well. i paid for my car and everything that ive done to it with out ripping people off, this truly does **** me off tho that this 19 year old punk has to go out and scam people and give older guys on the board a bad image of the younger guys

same bs happend to me man. from LFTNDUST. if you want your 325 back. what you do is. go down to urlocal courthouse. file a small claims suite against him. get his address. full name. have it served to him from the local sheriff. hell get a court date. an if he lives states away hel have to travel to go to ur town to go to court. if he does not show up. its default. u automaticaly win. he gets a letter from the court. if he doesnt pay you in 30 days. they attach his wages. best of luck to you man!

If some guy was holding my part and my money there is no way I would be able to hold myself back from atleast harassing him on the phone, if not actually confronting him face-to-face.

when people want to be dirty bust there ***...talk to a lawer you can alays attach more stuff he has to pay court cost and everything...If that shop made you pay storage when your car was there and you had no rearend to install...get proof and take it to the judge...you will win even if he does show up. You kick his teeth in you go to jail....I know you want to but you can come out ahead the legal way and he will, never get a car,house etc. If you can get the police involved they can bring up charges and he will have a criminal record

I bust my *** in construction 6 days a week and have rent payments, insurance, gas, electric you name it i pay it, and the money thats left over is my fun money, and to think that some idiot out there is taking advantege of other onest hard working people really burns me up man!!!! everything i have and own is due to hard work, and i have the back pains to show for it, and it is fucket up that another F-body owner is pulling this kind of ****!!!!
