the panhard rod was received today as ryan said, thanks again ryan for getting that out








I'm doing this at the advice of Nine Ball the admin, i purchased a spohn panhard rod from "Boondiggys" aka Ryan Cooper on September 6th, i was told that he would package up the panhard rod and ship it out asap, now to me this means with in 48 hours of recieving payment. i allow one week to pass and nothing is here yet so i incquire again and he informs me that he was bed sick all week and thats fine so i just ask that its shipped out very soon. another weeks passes so i incquire as to where the panhard rod is that i paid for, the response i got honestly pissed me off beyond belief, he had gone out and purchased a motorcycle he just couldnt pass up an "amazing deal" and spent every dollar he had on it including the money to ship my panhard bar! i was then informed that he gets paid on friday (9/22/2006) and it would be shipped out then, i allow this and ask for a tracking number by saturday, saturday comes and goes and nothing so now i demand either a tracking number and my **** shipped out or i involve the admins, well it has come to this being as it is now monday (9/25/2006) at 11:50 EST and i still have no tracking number. attatched are the PM's between me and the seller
if the formatting is not correct for it to show up as quotoes my bad, im not used to having to quote 27 private messages-

i see absolutely no significance of my age on this situation there fore i feel i have no need to answer that question, i have yet to recieve that tracking number today, things will be escalated on paypal by 6:00 PM EST tomorrow (9/26/2006) if i do not have one by then
this all could have been avoided had my part been shipped out after he had been bed sick and the monday he said he would ship it out

i have sent a pm containing the link to this thread to "boondiggys" - ryan cooper for him to come in here and defend himself, however i see no reason why something that takes 15 mins to ship out that was paid for to include shipping should take going on 4 weeks now nor any reason that he should need to question my age as i feel that i have given him more than adequate time to ship out the part as well as have conducted this in a mature manner

Ryan, get off of your procrastinating *** and send this thing out or refund him immediately. It shows total lack of responsibility that you purchased a motorcycle with the money you were supposed to spend to ship something that was already paid for.

 

Sounds like the Ryan needs his age checked not the buyer. Ship the panhard bar or refund him his money Ryan.

 

thanks for the support guys, if i get refunded i like the madman panhard so ill probably just end up paying some extra and get one of those. i find it funny how he was online yesterday around 10:00 PM EST and also at around 4:00 PM EST because i checked and also he put up another for sale add yesterday as well as adding to another one that he has up.

paypal claim has been filed and am waiting response or tracking number from the ryan

 

this was my mistake ...the box has been dropped off and tracking information has been sent to the buyer.

 

k i received a tracking number, 1Z0389ER0308744058, and as soon as it shows up on the ups website i will change all of this to show as resolved

 

You need to wait and SEE the part at this point to say it has been resoved

when you receive the part, speak with paypal and tell them you did so we can get this dispute resolved.
