BEWARE kick ss2000 fraud!!!
I set his account under restricted mode (no PM's, no emails) and added a SCAMMER user status. That is about all we can do without more info.
I'd suggest asking for photos of items purchased, as well as full contact info from all buyers and sellers. That includes addresses, phone numbers, hell even their employer name. Honest buyers/sellers do not have a problem disclosing this info.
I agree, that's all I was looking for. Thanks for your help!

According to paypal, they will be freezing his account until he pays up. Then they will sent it to collections which will ruin his credit. Either way at some point I will get some of my money back. I just think it is sad how ignorant people are.

While it's a little late and this has been stretching on for months, I can also vouch for FirstGen's character. He's a member at at least two forums I'm a regular helping member of, he has helped out several times on my buildup and install and has a flawless reputation over at the classic truck forum we're both members at.
Sucks you got burned, hope you get your refund. His address should have been including in the paypal information - contact his local police department and file a theft report against him also. Ruining his credit isn't enough. Small claims court is also an option - when you file suit against someone, it often shows up in local papers - My soon to be mother-in-law has done this to at least two high-end clients to her design business, one of which was a well known baseball player
If this guy doesn't have a reputation to uphold or name to protect, that may not help though. The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
