Exclamation BEWARE kick ss2000 fraud!!!

I paid $365 for a LS6 intake and TB from Kick SS2000 and he stole my money. He claims he shipped out the intake 3 weeks ago via USPS with no delivery confirmation or tracking number?!? Who does that anymore? I paid via paypal so we will see how that goes. Just wanted to warn everyone in case he tries to jack anyone else. That's the last time I buy anything from a seller with out pictures. Ohh and his phone number is turned off and he has not provided a good number now. I guess I wouldn't either if I was stealing other people's money.

Offered Refund With Return Of Intake. And Yes It Was Sent!!!!!

If The Tables Were Turned He Would Not Be Offering Me A Refund

Ohh really? How would I return an intake that you never mailed? I really don't care if you A) never mailed it? B) mailed it to the wrong address? C) Fell off a bridge. Either way it's your fault. I never received anything and without tracking or a delivery confirmation who knows if YOU did or did not ship anything? That's why there is the option for those.
Not to mention I always provide a WORKING phone number and my physical address to anyone I sell something to on the internet because I am legit seller.
Interesting how the number I had to dig up on you worked twice and now it's disconnected!
I will be filing an internet fraud, police report next week on you.
Thanks for your time...

First of all, I found your phone number on this forum, you NEVER provided anything. Not to mention the fact that it is dis-connected. You would think with a free $365 you could pay your phone bill. Second of all, I have had many smooth and easy transactions on here even before this user rating stuff started. Not to mention the 4 feedbacks I have now. You have nothing. You also don't know how to type. I'm pretty sure we all learned that you capitalize only the first word in a sentence and proper nouns.

I guess I should remind you that I cannot return something that was NEVER shipped to me idiot. Why would I try to scam you? How many cases have you heard of where the BUYER was scamming the SELLER??? So you are saying that I was basically sending YOU money for something I really didn't need and just hoping that you would be stupid enough to not have a tracking number or at least delivery confirmation? Sounds like a great plan...

tCTech, yeah I know he only has 5 posts however before I sent him any money I did a search under his user name and he has had at least 30 posts and multiple selling things. That is how I found his phone number, which is disconnected now.

Just dispute it with paypal, they'll give you your refund in due time. I know FirstGen really well, and know for a fact he didn't receive any LS6 intake. No matter anyways, Paypal should work in your favor T. Screw these scammers, and on top of that USPS sucks for me!

Do you at least have a receipt from sending the parts? Not sure if it shows the zip, but would have the date and cost.

If you dispute it with paypal and he can't provide them with a tracking number to prove that the item was shipped, you'll get you're money back. They'll also pull the money out of his account.

Yeah I did. Just thought maybe he would have enough ***** to admit he messed up and just refund it earlier so I wouldn't be without the money for 2 months. That's what I get for thinking...

No I haven't seen anything. I am disputing it with paypal since this knuckle head doesn't have the moral judgement to refund it on his own. I'm sure that's why he hasn't responded...

If you have a mod vouching for you , sounds like you're on the up and up , Firstgen. The seller , on the hand , doesn't.

STILL no refund. I guess it is too much trouble for him to be a man and refund my money on his own. I finally talked to him and he said he was worried that if he refunded the money they would still take it out also. That is BS and everyone knows it.

Charles, I would think at some point you would feel bad enough to just refund MY money and not keep making me wait for someone else to fix YOUR mistake.

Yeah I asked a friend that was a moderator on here to see what the heck is going on and he didn't do anything. He's too busy trying to get a caddy to go fast
It would be nice to see something happen since he basically f*cked me out of 300 plus bucks.

And yes, I paid with a paypal balance. I guess I should be thankful that I got anything back.

Guys, we aren't responsible for scammers. We try to help, but you should know it is always "buy at your own risk". The profiles registered only have email addys, and an IP address that can be traced to a city.

I set his account under restricted mode (no PM's, no emails) and added a SCAMMER user status. That is about all we can do without more info.

I'd suggest asking for photos of items purchased, as well as full contact info from all buyers and sellers. That includes addresses, phone numbers, hell even their employer name. Honest buyers/sellers do not have a problem disclosing this info.
