Slowverado: I would try calling them rather than e-mailing. They'll be able to get more info from you and faster. Also, everything will have to be in writing sooner or later anyway. Why not let them do most of it for you! As I said previously get ALL or ANY information put together and follow the AG's advice. They're lawyers in the AG's office and in this case their advise will be free!! This is the contact information you need.

Got a MO today to replace what I sent to the infamous Chuck Smith. I hope everyone else gets theres back as well. Ill keep all the stuff i printed out for a little while just in case.

Havent heard from CanuckSS or Slowerado yet? I think the other guy was cancelling his MO.

 

i havn't gotten anything back yet, nor have i heard from this piece of **** in almost 2 weeks. he said he was sending me my stuff and cash back over night with a tracking # but i have seen/heard nothing. i think we should have one of those patriot missles dropped on this piece of ****.

I haven't gotten my money back yet.. I am waiting on the money order company cancel the money order that I sent to C. Smith. and to give me my money back minus $12 for thier processing fee.. So.. basically if it all pans out, I sent him $85.. hasn't cashed the money order yet...as far as I know.. I will be getting $73 back. This is just FYI.

The strangest thing happened today, remember I bought the ls6 intake and it turned out to be an LS1? Well I shipped it back to him and got the money back from him as well. But the intake was sent back to me again with a sticker saying user didn't claim it...

Since you refunded the money back to me, the intake belongs to you. But I don't want to spend another $30 to shipp it back to you and risk another return.
