Default Ireland31 I want my money back

Ok like way back in December I bought a set of springs and retainers from Eric. Right after I sent the money I found out that my husband wanted 981's and not 918s. I emailed Eric and he said they had already been shipped but he would be glad to refund my money (except shipping) if I sent them back. As soon as it came to my PO box I took it to the counter and told the lady the deal. She said it would be sent back as refused and his insurance would cover it. Well he still says he hasn't recieved them back and lost his insurance slip. He kept saying it was my fault, but I've talked to the post office numerous times and they told me there was nothing more I could do. It is technically his fault for losing the insurance slip, but he still won't send my money back. He won't even reply to my emails or pms anymore either. I just need my money back!

Lexi,

As Ive stated to you many many times, you took possesion of them, and "said" you sent them back. I still have never received them and until I do, I will not refund you're money. Its that simple. Im tired of dealing with you, and there is no reason to respond to your many emails anymore until I get that set of springs and retainers back. Coming here on the board is going to do you no good in this matter. I know its blunt, and Im sorry, but thats just the way it is.

I have purchased items from Eric in the past, and other than a small misunderstanding on the parts I wanted, the transaction went smooth. Eric even told me to keep the parts that were not needed, as shipping would have been a pain in the A$$.Recieved both the parts and a small refund with no hassle.

My suggestion is to find a way to resolve the issue with the shipper.

My $.02

What proof do I have that I sent them back. It's not my fault you lost the insurance slip. I mean I guess I can go to the post office and get a notorized letter stating it was sent back. Why would I go thru all this trouble if I was scamming him???
