Have not heard from him since Nov 5th and he said "I got your paypal. I will mail out the pulley tommorow with a set of free spark plug wires i had here. Thanks again!"
E-mailed him again the other day and have yet to get a reply.

He ended up shipping it two days after what he told me he did (checked the box date).
I e-mailed him a long e-mail on how the pully had a lot more damage then what he said or posted. Yet to hear back, left negative feedback on here and e-bay.

Where should i start.. I got the original complaint on Ebay. I replied to it and never heard back to you 2nd of all I didnt deny i did send it 2 days late. When i seen you paid me the day the auction ended i said i was going to ship that next day. Ended up working 2 12 hours days and shipped it after that. 3rd of all I shipped the item exactly as it was pictured. I have 2 LS1 cars not a LT1. I didnt have the pulley on the car when i sold it to you or reinstall it. Now also lets not forget to tell everyone about the brand new 8mm wires i sent to you just for the hell of it... I sold a 1le intake and a MAF on ebay the same day and the guy was so thankfull. I should of sent him the wires instead

Threw him an offer thinking I paid more for it, he wrote back. I wrote back saying sorry and told him to give me $20 back threw pay pal plus the fees and the Admin will take off his feedback once I give them the ok.
He told the Admin that this was a e-bay deal and that his feedback should be droped and then I sent the Admin the link I have posted here....
In reply he left me bad feedback on e-bay stating:
Sent free spark plug wires and the item just as pictured..no need for crying
To me that is him admiting to the problem with the pully.
Admin, He can keep his negative feedback!

I found out that we can both contact e-bay and have both of our feedbacks removed. If he would give me back $20 then I would have no problem in doing this..
He has yet to contact me back so I guess he can keep it, what he left in my feedback does not hurt me, just says I am a crier....

1st of all scammers don't usually have 300+ posts on 1 board or over 1000 on another... scammers don't usually show up to local or out of state events or gatherings either.
No longer registered cause I brought something from a member there and it wasn't ANYTHING I expected and i had purchased to items from him and recieved unpaid strikes because i refused to pay for the 2nd item. I have this being taken care off.
Anyway you are the only person I ever had a problem selling something to. Even on these forums. Been a member of CamaroZ28.com since 1998 and LS1.com since 2000 and have owned 10 4th Gen F-Bodies over this time. Do the math. If you are going to be that picky for a small dent which i don't remember seeing you shouldn't be putting used parts on your car.Also this pulley was ran without any problems. If I would of thought that i would of made sure to list that in the description. I will check my paypal now

I am assuming that is the picture you sent - if so then it would be up to the buyer to ask:
How was it removed (would indicate if pulled properly)
Is the center sheered
How many miles/use since year of purchase
As a general rule that is what I would expect from used but have asked a few more questions, like, did you have to pound on it to get it off?
Sometimes I think people don't ask enough questions and expect something that is barely used if not new regardless of what the seller has listed.
So what is up with this 20$ - a point either one of you are willing to bend on or split 50-50 to get this done.

Is the center sheered

You make a good point on this. Again I have sold exhausts headers,wheels and tons **** more. I never had a problem so i don't know. Its not even about the money. I make that on my 30 min lunch break. I'm not trying to beat anyone out of a deal.
