ALL UC2:Still waiting on that stall!!! I am still waiting on that stall that was supposed to be shipped to me. It has been over a month now and I still have not seen it. I did not want to call you out on the board, but that was part of the deal. I have pm'd you several times trying to get you to ship it. Now I have a tranny sitting here with no stall to put in it since the 5000 stall is obvioulsy not right. If the stall shows up in the next day or so then I will glady retract all of these statements. I have no issues with the car or anything. I knew that I was going to have to fix the tranny when I bought the car, and I have done that. But now I am needing that converter. Let me know man.
No it wasn't. As a matter of fact I was going to update the thread again today. It has been about 2 weeks since I sent him my address again and I still haven't seen the converter or heard back from him about it. I have since sent more pms also. I think I have been very patient about this. I either want the converter or the money for it. One or the other. It was part of the deal and I still haven't seen it, so the way I look at it is that I have already bought the converter and still haven't recieved it. So the money or the converter is what I am looking for.
I hope you paid through paypal or credit card so you can start the dispute process right away.
Then look to the sponsors for a good converter that is going to come with a warranty for about the same cost a member has for sale so you are ready for the first spring run.

No offense but I am not sure why you waited so long to file with paypal. There have been no replies and you do not have a contact number - I do hope you are not past 45 days from payment as PayPal will be unable to process anything past that for you.
Please keep this updated as to their response and any money they were able to get back for you.

Verdad Gallardo I am not really that worried about the stall or money at this point. I just wanted to let everyone know what kind of guy he is and what kind of business he does. I know I probably will never get anything out of it. The deal was that I bought a car from the guy that was supposed to come with this stall and I have never recieved the stall. I have his contact number and email, etc....but that does no good. Obviously he needs the stall or money more than me...I continue to send him pms but if that doesn't help then whatever. Thanks for all of your advice though.
