GTP PWR not following through with transaction. :REFUND COMPLETED I sent GTPPWR or Jacob Clem/GTPPWR@hotmail.com $50 for some pushrods that he had for sale back in Dec 19, 2006. I received emails saying he would get them out, same story for a couple weeks. Then finally I get an email that he needs them and can no longer sale them which is wrong since afterall I did purchase them.. Whatever, I just want my money back.. Well he went on saying that he would send me my money back and I never received anything. I went ahead and filed a claim with paypal since I couldnt get a response from him and I won the case, but now they cannot recover any funds from his account! I am just getting frustrated with this crap..

Post the for sale link - if he deleted it I would still like to see the link.
If I have time I'll look up his profile (as can anyone) to see how often he visits the site. This is why I use email and phone for member purchases.

Link to the Trickflow pushrods that I tried purchasing --> https://ls1tech.com/forums/lsx-parts-sale/620941-major-part-out.html I check his account and he visits this site all the time.. he was last on just yesterday and he has good feedback.. not sure why this transaction had to go bad, I would have been fine with my money back..
