Default BEWARE: multiple guys getting ripped off by ONE scumbag

About five of us so far on camaroz28 dot com have be scammed out about 1000.00 all together from username "z28ya06" His email is
abercr0mbie01@ aol.com and according to paypal his real name is real name is Ryan Pruit. Hopefully he has not made it to this site yet. He made posts saying he had headers for sale and had multiple guys send him 300.00 a pop for them and then I was looking for a t-rex fuel pump and he replied he had one. I sent 100.00 with paypal to him and then found out he was a scam artist.

If anyone can offer any advice it would be appreciated! Please whatch out for this guy!!!!!

I talked to paypal and they said they can only try to get peoples money back on a "best effort bascis" meaning if someone scams you and then drains there account down to 0.00 then paypal has no way of giving you your money back even though they have the scammers credit card and or bank account on file. People who scam suck and paypal basically lets them get away with it. So I guess anyone can quit there job and sit at home on the internet all day scamming people and make for money then us hard workin people..... NICE.

WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER USE PAYPALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY:

Dear Matthew Blackert,

After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer
Complaint described below.

We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any
funds
from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement,
recovery
of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

Please know that we will make our best effort to recover the funds in
question if they become available in the seller's account in the future
and
will take appropriate action against the seller. Such action may
include
issuing a warning, a temporary restriction, or terminating the account.
Keep in mind that PayPal uses a number of factors to determine when to
take
action, including member complaints. Due to privacy laws, we cannot
discuss
the details of any action taken. We hope you understand our policy and
that
it assures you that you are safe using PayPal.

Set up a second checking account. Then have the person who is sending you the mire wire it to your account. Most if not all banks do it for free or charge a tiny fee.
