i read the pms Dan sent me, and not answering on aol doesn't really mean much since it stays on 24/7 and people send them while I'm not here and then get offended because I don't reply. Either way its over, Dan has the bar and once he closes the claim with paypal I'll have the cash and all is well.

and rusty and oxidiezed and looks like ****!

all you had to do, is be honest from the get go.

say "i left it in the back of the truck, so it has surface rust which can be eaisly cleaned off, which I CAN OFFER"

thats alll that was needed to be added to your sale thread, and thats ALL that was necessary

well, since you mention the for sale ad... why would I add that addendum to an add for a part that was already sold? If the only issue is the cleaning of the part then we really don't have a problem here. If it was like the thing was bent, or there were parts missing it would be one thing, its all there, its in perfect WORKING condition, And if it is that big of a problem I will send paint and sos to clean it with.

no. all im saying is you should have been honest from the get go.
like i said in the other post.
he is not local. so its your job, since your the seller, to do the best attempt at describing it to all details. just tell him, i left it in the back of the truck, it got rusty, course, that doesnt affect the durity of the bar or so, but it makes it look pretty ugly, but i can clean it for you (iw ould have took that step) or, drop it down 15 bucks and call it a day.

then leave it upto him to make his desicion, not you making it for him and assuming he wouldnt mind a rusted bar, even if it dont affect performance. let him decide, not you. if he would have been local, he would have looked, and walked away. but since he is not, it harder, so you try to make it easier by giving you 100% honest description, and PICS would have been a lot of HELP

drop the price because the guy will have to rub it down with a cloth for 40 seconds? Hah, you must be in some sort of non-profit work or something. I wouldn't lower a price for some rust on the bar, never in a million years. If it were damaged then I wouldn't sell it or if parts were missing I would lower the price, NOT for some rust.

that was an option.

so why didnt you rub it for 40 seconds?

look at my feedback, i do what i can to make the trascation quick and easy.

like i said, i gave my opinion, cus thats what i would have done to keep everyone happy, it just woulda cost you 40 seconds to avoid all this! but i guess not worth it.

I know where u shipped it from, its just that stupid people like u get caught up in a lie and cant talk their way out from it. You did say u dropped it off at FED EX, then change ur story about how they fucked up when in reality it was all bs. Just be a man and admit to being a bad lair and a bad seller!!!

Oh yeah GN.

Havok, stay out of this thread. You're not a direct party so far as I can tell. This has been your fourth or fifth warning, no more.

He's had more warnings than that Cyphur.

Havok: Stay out of the for sale threads as well unless you are actually going to buy something. Official notice *again*.
