After having a rough buying interaction with Devin Torgenson, I searched and found stuff like this. It all makes sense, now.

Devin is garbage, DKT is garbage. He owes me 350 dollars he stated he would refund me plus I had to buy 90 dollars worth of drain housings today because he didn't ship. Claims he shipped USPS, that was weeks ago.

The whole ordeal was a disaster. I will never deal with DKT again.
