Sold me the motor no problems. When I got the motor the head studs (not the bolts, but the hole that they go in.) were stripped and inserted with Heliosprings (or whatever there called) and a coolant jacket was cracked (basically the whole block is useless)
I told him he has 8 days to give me my money back, he refused so now im forced to take him to small claims court.
I will also have documented statements from my mechanic and tuner ( who was present at the time of motor delivery), and i'll have pictures of the "block casting flaws" that were never documented in his forsale add, neither was the Helio* thing. Which I would think important considering the nature of the motor. Also, I have contacted the previous owner before Candlelit and he assured me the motor was in top condition, but that he did have the Helio done, and even informed Candlelit of this, but for some reason in his forsale add there is nothing mentioned of this. So, like I said I'll keep the forum updated on the proceedings.
I have text messages from him
"Look, all I can do take it to court. If you got burned so did I"
Thats BS " I don't know a thing about building a motor. I didnt touch a thing and I have proof. And I dont care if you tell other I scammed you, It wouldn't Bother me one bit"
You need to be a little more intelligent of your situation then being pissed off at me because the motor was not inspected by me nor anyone I know. It was bought and sold the same way with the same exact information. Ther is no evidence for proof of flaws, no bill of sale, or anything with authorized signatures or written agreements showing what was sold and its condition. Therefore it wont hold up for debate in the court of law. For all I know Id be trying to scam me for extra money."
"No problem. You wont get very far with it. It makes me laugh u want to pay money for a lawyer. Too bad on your part we didnt sign any money back guarantee papers. Plus another bad thing is you paid with cash."
I have these all saved on my phone, I have his phone number address. Ect. So there is proof I bought this from Candlelit.
