klepp1214 screwed me

I had a deal with this person. He was supposed to purchase my WS6 hood. I had it planned on my trip to buffalo I would deliver the hood for him. I told him I would need a $200 payment and he would pay me the rest when I bring the hood. I used that $200 to purchase a trailer hitch for my car so i could tow a trailer with the hood. The day before leaving on my trip he backed out on my and put a dispute in with paypal and won the dispute. Now i'm out $149 which is what the trailer hitch cost me. I would not of bought the hitch had me and him had a deal to purchase this product. I feel I am entitled to the $149 I spent on the hitch, but no way to prove that to paypal.

that doesn't make sence, he should buy your trailer hitch? at least you didn't get there and he was like no thanks. I would want to put a hitch on anyway.
