Well have you talked to him? why did you leave him a couple of positive feedbacks then?

i recieved my parts in a timely manner. Communication was always really good. I have been saving up to have a local shop Build the transmission that this converter was purchased for. The car was to be dyno tuned today being as the tranny was completed and camp swap was completed. The converter that i recieved will footbrake to 6,000 rpm and the vehicle will not engage into drive by any means under 4,000rpm. I have been trying to contact the seller but have had no luck.... I have purchased and sold many things here on ls1tech and never ran into a problem before.... I have built many stalled vehicles before and know that this convereter isnt right.

It's gonna be quite difficult to get your money back now since you received the part in good shape I guess because if not you wouldn't have put it on your car, good luck man.

Exterior quality doesn't indicate good shape. Merely indicates it was cleaned. Everyone knows that. I would continue to try to talk with the seller to see if he will refund your money. I've been dealing with bad quality parts lately aswell.
