i have had UPS tracking system say Billing/Shipping Info Received on purchases i've made before. It only says that if the part never leaves the store, or the package never makes it to the store.

When i ship UPS (quite often) i check the tracking numbers a few hours after i ship the parts and it will say that, once the part gets picked up at the store it will update from that status.

Other times i have seen it say that is when someone purchases a shipping label for a package (meaning they paid for the shipping and where its going etc, just havent droped the part off at the store to get shipped). i have had ebay stuff sit at that status for 2-3 weeks because the part never was droped off at the store. UPS is a shipping company, not a "storage company". they send packages out and would never store them somewhere, thats a crock of S*#T. get your money back. Also, just use paypal next time, you have no coverage with a money order/western union. He can run with ur money and theres nothing you can do about it. Sucks and i hope everything works out for you.

I've talked to him via AIM on 1/19/08. Instead of posting the whole conversation on here that I have saved, he DID agree on sending me the money back. I've IM'ed him since then and asked if he's gotten it sent out yet and he's not replied. This $216.25 has gotten beyond ridiculous. What's so bad is I think him and I are the same age and I would NOT screw around with someone's money like that, especially not if they overnighted it to me. So I guess I'll see what is the next excuse I'll get handed to me.

Well, well I am not the only one. I have been waiting for my rims and tires for almost 2 months. Same exact deal. I have been trying to call him tonight but no answer. I talked to one of the ups stores to verify if the store has endeed closed and they said that it has. I also asked about what they do with the mail that is there during the closing, the manager told me that they will send everything to a hub and try to contact the person that is supposed to recieve the mail first then the shipper to notify them of a delay and when it will be shipped out . But unlike you i dont have a tracking number do to the extra cost? BS. I am waiting for a return call.

PM returned! I've been wondering who else has had to deal with this BS. I've been keeping up with when he logs on here and when/where he posts. It's amazing how he can find the money to fix his car and pay to get it shipped but yet can't refund our money OR ship our items. UPS hasn't contacted us about anything either.

Greg, you may have more than just us few on the roadtrip! I have a buddy in TX we can stay with!

i have been trying to deal with ups they arent very helpful with anything.....Sorry brody i didnt pick up yesterday was sleeping. Sinfull i have been trying to tell you that i am working on getting the cash my issue has been sent up to ups to get this taken care of....do i need to post tracking numbers and the cash i paid for shipping these items sinful?

oh ya and the bs on the storage shed go ahead and call another local store they will tell you the same thing.....but i seem to be the bad guy with 21 positive feedback so out of nowhere i wanted to screw these ppl over and for what? and i dont have any money to pay for my car or get it shipped it has to sit at my familys house

YOU told me LAST SATURDAY ON THE 19TH that you were sending my money back. I still have the IM conversation saved. The deal with UPS is that, BETWEEN YOU AND UPS. I want my refund back. As I've stated before, it cost me $16.25 to get it OVERNIGHTED to you and then you wait a week before shipping. I've been patient. As I said last Saturday, send my money back.

utlimate orange ss wtf do you know about anything i have done with selling??? my feedback was 100 percent before this ****!!! Its not my god damn fault that the store was shady and did this now is it? Sinfull you are the only person giving me **** xlr8n and ls1ne is working with me....I am not the person to screw ppl over and yes i understand this situation is odd how often does a store get shutdown right? Xlr8n called ups to verfiy what i told him how come you cant believe that i welcome anyone to call ups and ask if the union ave store got close down!!! Sinfull if you want the army to get involved go ahead they are aware of the situation and have been trying to help me as in giving me time off work to solve this situation that takes time.....i dont make much money in the army deployed but i am willing to find an alt money source to pay you back.....I am glad everyone else is working with waiting on ups to refund the money....

Wanting my money back is giving you ****? Whatever. I knew that store was closed before you did. I got off my *** and called UPS myself and the lady told me it was closed. That was AFTER I had been calling the store myself and getting a machine everytime, I even went as far as to fax the store. UPS gave me another number to call since they consider that a franchise store and the lady there didn't tell me anything. Want to know why? BECAUSE I WASN'T THE SHIPPER. I done ALL I COULD on my end. You said yourself you'd had trouble out of that store before so WHY go to that SAME one?! Money is money and no one likes the feeling they've been screwed over. Don't worry over xlr8n because he's already PMed me.

The latest update is Ws6man2000 has PMed me saying UPS is on this and wanted to talk to us and wanted a phone number. I PM him back the number then get another PM back saying that UPS will call asap. He also PMs me a claim number. The day goes by and UPS hasn't called so we call UPS and the people there inform me that it's between THEM and THE SHIPPER. (What have we been saying all along?!) So needless to say they couldn't tell us anything. So I've PMed him back and told him that and yet again have asked when we are getting the refund.

Update:
The local UPS called me on Monday (2/4/08) and inquired about the package and I informed her I didn't receive it and told her everything that has been going on and she told me she's putting into the system I didn't receive it. She said it was between HIM and UPS.

Yesterday (2/6/08) UPS comes to my house with a paper for me to sign stating I didn't receive the package. Again I informed him of everything going on. Yet again I get told it's between HIM and UPS. I see a trend here?

So as of today, 2/7/08, I still haven't received my refund from HIM, nor have I heard anything from him.

Ws6man2000 texted my dad today claiming UPS got back with him and the package was lost and they sent him claim paperwork. He also asked if Dad wanted to talk with the UPS rep he talked to. Dad called him after receiving the text and basically told him what we've said on here all along. How no matter how many times we call UPS they tell us the same thing- they can't tell us anything because it's between them and the shipper. Dad then told him he wanted his money back, like he's basically said for the past 2 months. Ws6man2000 then claimed he was going to get it in the mail (after asking if the address was the same). Same crap that was said awhile back so we'll see.

Thanks, and yeah the no parts or refund pretty much sums it all up. 3 months later still nothing. I know we don't have as much invested as another dealing with the no parts issue from the same seller.

i have called and told you what was going on, you have called ups and they have told you i have made a claim and filed it and just waiting on them for the cash. Ups has even tried to contact you and let you know whats going on as well as the other buyer its not my fault ups is slow and post the convo if you want i dont care. Also since you still dont believe me i am gonna have ups try once again and call you so they can validate all of this

Again, UPS tells us it's between YOU and THEM. OUR money isn't between YOU, ME and UPS... it's between YOU and ME. Why don't you just go ahead and admit you blew everyone's money and that's why we aren't getting it back????? UPS only contacted us after you FINALLY filed a claim and that was to ask if we had gotten the package and I informed them of everything going on... even when they brought the paper out for me to sign stating I hadn't received it, I informed that person of what was going on. Again, everyone at UPS said we have nothing to do with it because we were not the shipper. So again, I still believe you should have kept everyone's money until their item was shipped and you had confirmation they were satisfied that way if they weren't they wouldn't have to wait 4 months to get a refund. You should try to think of it as if you were in our positions. You wouldn't be too nice after 4 months of bullshit either.
