Bad experience with josh2002-ws6

Bad experience with josh2002-ws6 I'll tell the story, you determine whose the bad guy. cliff notes on the bottom (cliff notes are biased towards me though obviously).
Me and josh2002-ws6 get in contact about him buying a catback and electric cut out for me. He says he doesn't have the money for it at the moment, but says if someone buys his true duals, he will buy my magnaflow. or when he gets his next paycheck, he will buy it. I tell him I'd rather not hold it, but if I had his word, that he would buy my catback when he could, I would hold it. Josh AGREED TO THIS. We were first suppose to meet in Bedford, PA on 21FEB2008. He called me in the late morning/early afternoon, to verify if we were still going to meet. I apologized to him, and thought he wanted to meet on 28FEB2008, because he said he wanted to "wait until he got paid," and I assumed he got paid at the end of the month. We obviously didn't meet, but no harm no foul, because neither of us had traveled anywhere, and we just postponed our meet to 29FEB2008.
Next comes the date of 29FEB2008. I call josh2002-ws6 a couple of times in the early afternoon, to verify that we are still meeting up. I get no respond. I figure I dont want to make this guy drive all the way from Maryland to Bedford for nothing, so I head out to meet him. Keep in mind, on this day, it was snowing horribly. I actually did not want to meet josh2002-ws6 because the weather was so bad, but as I could not get ahold of him, I assumed he either didn't have service or was concentrating too much on driving in the horrible weather conditions. I average ~20-25 mph on the PA turnpike in this weather (no I am actually not exaggerating). We were suppose to meet at Bedford at 6-7 pm. Fortunetly I left rather early and got there at 7. The entire time I was driving to Bedford, I was attempting to get in touch with josh2002-ws6 every 20-30 mins. Leaving several voice mails. and unfortently, there is no exit between the part of the turn pike I got on, and bedford, so I could not turn around. Well 7:00 pm rolls around. I just so happen to get free minutes at 7 pm on my cell phone. I noticed as I was calling josh2002-ws6 that sometimes it would ring 3, 4, or 7 times. this meaning that someone kept hitting the 'end" button, and wasn't b/c he didnt hear his phone or didn't have service. So I take advantage of my unlimited minutes and start calling josh2002-ws6 back to back, to try to get a response from him. FIGURE THAT! I get a response from his brother after I do that for ~3 minutes. Why his brother couldnt respond before? I don't know. His brother claims josh2002-ws6 had broken his arm last night and was in the hospital. Not saying josh2002-ws6 nor his brother is a liar, but that seems rather far fetched. I accept my losses and head home. I get back on the computer and notice that josh2002-ws6 had actually been active on ls1tech that morning and that evening. Strange... wasn't he in the hospital?
He then puts a WTB thread up for a set of electric cut outs and says he no longer wants my exhaust.

Wow After I was able to, I sent you a message that stated, After the way you talked to my brother I didn't wish to deal with you again. He said you were a complete *** to him over the phone that night. The only reason he did answer the phone was because it seemed you were not going to stop calling. When he did answer I was still out of it from the surgery I had. I also told you he was dealing with stuff on LS1tech for me and racing the car for me. So that was him that was on here that morning and evening. I am not saying that you are not a great seller on here but my brother had a bad experience with you and told me I should not deal with you, so I went with him because I trust him. Had I not of broken my arm the day before this whole thing would never had happened. Something I could not control happened so now we are acting stupid about it. I am sorry you had to drive 6+ hours. If I would not have been in surgery I would have had him call you to let you know.
