Give your idea up man. You ever read any other forums?
The guy that runs fuddle converters is screwing people over left and right, this is an established business. They have email, phone numbers, street address, someone sitting by the phone. AND THEY STILL **** PEOPLE OFF, LOSE SHIPMENTS, SEND THE WRONG STUFF, ETC. How can you prevent one single, anonymous person from doing this if a business can keep doing it?

People have caller ID.

Tell a little more about how your idea will work.
You get a name, address, phone number, work number. The person screws you over. And you find out they gave you a different address, they don't answer your calls or emails, or pm's. What do you do? get a driver license number too, SS number? Nothing is going to stop this.

The only decent transaction you can have buying used parts is getting it local and going to pick it up, paying cash for it.
