what we need is a commom fill in sheet so when you buy/sell both parties fill out a infomation sheet name -ph # address, and any other info to profess you true intentions (pictures a must )of a fair and honest sale,the more info the better, if your not looking to rip some one off then it shouldn't be a problem, now this is in the begining stages of set-up so let's get all the info thats needed for truth,justice and the american way !!!!!! superman quote.

sounds good to me keep this going so maybe you or ls1tech can do something about it. also as long as you keep writtin document for both parties its also good. before i buy something i always cover my *** buy saying things " im going to send the $ to ....... for a ....... please confirm the money then this message. this will cover you if your using paypal. just cover your *** as much as poss.but i would love to do something like you said ----billyb------ cause it insures the ligit people

Highly agree to this proposition. I think this is good for both parties involved. Just for sake they misplace address,ph# or have computer problems. And of course the old rip off artist. I'm just never going to deal with the classified section here anymore. All it took was the last two idiots I dealt with.

How would this change the last two sales i was involved in? It won't. One guy said his mom had a heart attack, so that right there makes it ok for him to take forever to send my parts out. And any comments I make are rude because we're expected to be sympathetic.

If anyones been here long enough that was the story with some sponsors, Rock On, Fuddle, Strano. Family has health issues- business shuts down. Private sellers can slip through the cracks and disappear a lot easier.

comunication, that's one of the biggest problem's, when you send xxxxxxxx amount of dollars and the clock sucker doesn't reply thats when we get worried, so more info on hand is important. but if they are out to rip you off there is no way to stop them. my point. just a application so to say with contact info only when you buy or sell. both parties fill them out with the contact info so you can keep in touch, a volenteer type of form, keeps the honest person honest. but even with this you could still get fucked !!! but it's better than posting a neg to someone that you only have his paypal info, if your transaction is honest there should beno problem with this ????

 

now if you had more info on the seller/buyer you could contact them and communicate the problem and solve it , and really how long is this suppose to stall mailing the parts, 1 day @ most but if it a week then they are trying to **** you, communication !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Yea, and my point being the guy's mom is in the hospital at the time. I PM him every day, I see he's been on after each of my PM's and he never responds.
You know also I have parents that have been in the hospital and they (the hospital) don't let you stay there 24/7.
PLUS the same guy said his friend was supposed to send the part and lost it. It's not a part thats small enough to get lost. That all adds up to BS if you ask me.

 

You got your parts right ...............stop complaining .

how many hours you work a week
Any medical conditions
do you have kids
are you married

I work a lot and cant get to ship my stuff till sun , I never had a problem . I have gone longer then that due to needing to find a box .Never got a complant actualy got positive feedback .

 

Why do all that when the seller says "if you send payment tonight I'll send the parts tomorrow"
Then ignores your PM's. Has lame excuses. Then comes out and says oh the parts haven't been sent, my friend lost the part.

How does your list solve those problems? How is any list or anything going to solve those problems?

There needs to be a system that charges your paypal or whatever when the package tracking shows that it's going to be delivered that day.

Ever order from summit, you get a tracking number within hours of placing the order and your card doesn't get charged until the package tracking shows delivery.

 

It dosent . Its just the risk you take when you buy stuff from strangers sometimes you get burned .

Your example is diffrent now , that situation sucks and no sheet is going to help that .
