Anyone here know Green Thunder?
Anyone here know Green Thunder? I paid for an AC compressor on 7/5 and have not heard from him since. I've PM'd and emailed with no response and he hasn't logged on since 7/8. If anyone here knows him and could give an update I'd really appreciate it. I don't mind waiting for the part if something has come up on his end, but no communication worries me a bit. I have filed a paypal dispute just in case, but right now I'm just looking for an update.
The 5th was on Saturday, so it couldn't have shipped before Monday and if it shipped ground, it can take 5 or more days. You should have waited at least another week before you filed a dispute. One week is WAY too soon.
I'm not worried about it not having arrived yet, I'm worried about not knowing if has shipped or not. 7 days with NO communication most certainly is cause for concern.
I have made contact with him and there is a very valid reason for the delay in communication. He is going to ship the part, I am going to leave positive feedback and the situation is resolved. Green Thunder is a good seller that had an emergency come up that was out of his control and was much more important that this transaction.
