Avoid dealings with Craig Payne

Craig Payne [email address want_tsi_b00st@yahoo.com ], had offered LS2 engines for sale and I paid him in full for one of the engines, and now it turns out he never owned the engines [claims he was selling for friend who took the money and never forwarded the engine.]. I have yet to receive a refund and am pursiung with the state police in Michigan.

What a scumbag. By what means did you pay him ?? I know if you paid with your credit card via paypal you can contact them and they will take the charge off. If not then I'd take him to small claims court.
