parking light problem

parking light problem ok so when just my running lights are on, the left one is out, when the fogs are on, both running lights are on but right one is brighter. and when the headlights are on the right running light is out. is there more than one bulb on each side and ive got one out on each side? or is it something more complicated and expensive?
