Yes,they have the same LS-1.The only thing that maybe different is the pulley.

It all depends what you mean by fit, there is a kit that requires you to space the front subframe and cut the cowling.

As Mike said, it WILL fit. With a little elbow grease and the right dremel cutting wheel. Its tight, but it can be done.
