03-05 lq4 will the same heads, intake, cam, mods ext bolt up to one of these as will a gen 3 ls1 . also anyone know if the ecu is programable through the same methods or would an ls1 ecu need to be switched along with a mess of wiring

The LQ4 is part of the Gen3 family, so everything about the LS1 (less the block and pistons) applies and works on an LQ4.
