Thermostat problems

I just put in a hypertech 160 degree stat in my 02 ws6 i fully filled the coolant it has no leaks and i had the fans tuned but the car still runs around 210 degrees im not sure why it would be doing that,

if your going by the factory gauge then its normal. the gauge is just a dummy gauge and is about as accurate as earthquake predicting. if you want to know your true temp put a real gauge in it.
