no fire???? have gas soaked wrag and starts

pulled off fuel line and there is gas at motor. soaked wrag in gas at intake and then it fires right up. what am I missing?? thx Mike

Is the check engine light on? Are the spark plugs getting wet(with fuel)? Injectors might not be pulsing.
