quick question Alright, well im finally taking the plunge and buying my new cat-back system. Im looking at the Magnaflow cat-back and was wondering if i will have to get a new y-pipe, or will i be able to just use my stocker? please help, im wanting to order it soon because im not driving my car right now.
I have the borla cat-back system and didnt need a new Y.... I did end up getting long tube headers and a Y-pipe with the flow master Y merger which makes a huge difference. Just some of my input
Naw no need to touch the y pipe if you just wanna replace the catback. Do that when you want to do headers. Are you getting the quad tip magnaflow or the one with the tips that come all the way from the muffler?
Im sure youll like it its one of those catbacks that youll never have to change because of loudness, its what I have and its a little on the quiet side for me so Im getting something else but perfect for a DD and even better with headers.
