Questions like this come up all the time. Your best bet will be to buy a Moser 9" or a 12 bolt already made for an f-body. Making a ford 9" fit would be difficult and expensive. I've never heard of anyone doing it.

Not everyone has 2800 for a complete, new rearend. There are guys out there that get junkyard rear ends/center sections and put them into a housing that EPP sells. It's a good alternative.

Not everyone has $1000 laying around either. I can't tell you how many questions I've seen where guys have a local yard that sells rears for $50 no matter what it is. And they think for $100 total they've got an f body 9"
Most people think I'm an ******* now because I went through every reason why it won't work and they get all pissed off at me.

Honestly if it was as easy as buying any old 9" and throwing it in a fbody with minimal welding/cutting everyone would have done it already.

i did mine for 700 dollars that includes the moser spool, axles, axle flanges, chunk, 4.11 gears, setup kit, and everything.

if you want to buy it i can put a moser sticker on it and sell it to you for 2800

if you know anyone that got a old 9'' laying around id be more than happy to get it off your hands.

its not that hard. just because the bolt holes dont line up dont mean it wont work.

Those who can do it - do it. Those who cannot (including me) post questions about it. If it were that easy to do, there wouldn't be questions about it. It takes skills, knowledge and tools. If you're short on any aspect, better to just buy a finished one.

EPP is a sponser on here, I would suggest calling Eric at Midwest Chassis he is also a sponsor. He has the best pricing and products in my opinion.
I too Looked into this as well and it was not worth it to me. Good luck!
