why did you keep driving after you busted the oil pan? You could have done all kinds of damage running with no oil pressure...

Thats a long time without oil... Potentially. How big is the hole in the pan?

Unfortunately, I can't imagine serious damage didn't occur. Is there any engine noise?

what did you hit it on? i have bottomed out, but when it happens, my subframe connectors or (stock) k-member contact the pavement.
was it a rock or something?

i had a 4banger mitsubishi i used to beat on. took that thing offroad more than once and one time i had a rock put a fat dent in my oil pan. it barely survived.

good luck with it. you should check the regional section - maybe someone in your area could take a quick look at it and give some advice/referrals.

Starving bearings of oil for even a second can hurt them. Time for a re-build.

I assume you did this but look for "corvette" performance shops in your area, since it has the same exact engine. I also agree that running for a couple minutes is gonna do damage, if theres little oil left.

It's not making any noise when it's running now? As everybody else has said I suspect you did some major damage internally to your motor. 2 minutes is a long time for an engine to run with no oil.

Default day 2.

wel i drove the car today and there is no motor noise ?

and everytime i accelerate the oil pressure drops instead of rising?

Also the car has major lack of power still .

How much is rebuild on this car , i dont even know where to go to get a good mecanic. No one likes to work on these cars becuase of there difficultness.

OP drop on the the throttle is a sign of excessive bearing clearances and will often rise after the drop as rpm's increase.

Cheapest route is to buy a used longblock.

Look up Jeremy Formato in Coral Springs for quality work in Fla......
