Default Oil Pan Gasket

Hello, I have a 00 ls1 formula, pulled the car out after sitting all winter, looks like a pretty bad oil leek, seems to be the pan gasket (mostly by the back of the oil pan). So... it looks like I probably have to drop the k member?? I was wondering if anyone might have an on-line manual or instructions for replacing out the gasket?

Thanks in advance.

Yes you need to drop the k-member. You might just want to go and buy a haynes manual from the store. It'll give you all the info you need.
